DR. JEREMIAH FERNANDEZ JOHNSON, CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (HE/HIM/HIS)

Dr. Jeremiah Fernandez Johnson, is Founder and CEO of Triad Diversity Consulting. His focus is on social mobility for at risk populations, inclusive practices in workplace culture, and the utilization of cultural and social capital for the advancement of innovation in the workplace.

A graduate of the University of Denver, Jeremiah earned his doctorate in higher education with a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. He also holds a certificate in strategic leadership from Harvard University’s Continuing Education and Professional Development Program. Jeremiah co-created modules for the University of Denver and their Office of Teaching and Learning surrounding inclusive pedagogy on Native American Perspectives and Indigenous Pedagogies for an inclusive teaching practice. He also worked with educational institutions on lowering attainment gaps for low income students. Jeremiah develops cultural exchange programs for organizations to enhance cultural sensitivity and increase innovation.

Jeremiah is currently serving as an assistant dean at a bachelor degree granting institution, overseeing arts and humanities programs, and sustainability studies. Jeremiah works on educational committees, drafting complex diversity, equity, and inclusion policies. His work in higher education is focused on cultural awareness. Jeremiah strives to enhance college aspirations for low socioeconomic status students and help create ladders of opportunity for marginalized and at risk populations.

 Jeremiah is a Doctor in the field of higher education with over 15 years of experience in training, management, and policy. Jeremiah is passionate about helping people feel the benefits of implementing DEI practices into their daily affairs and to make the world a more just and verdant place we all call home.

ANNA FORSBERG M.S., CHIEF TALENT OFFICER (SHE/HER/HERS)

Anna Forsberg is a Co-Founder of Triad Diversity Consulting. Anna’s focus is on helping organizations increase diversity through talent attraction and retention strategies. Anna has over 15 years of experience recruiting and building diverse talent pipelines, leveraging her extensive network, effective outsourcing strategies and employing tailored recruitment efforts designed to attract and retain top diverse talent.

Anna has dedicated her entire career to the talent acquisition field and has led teams and talent acquisition efforts for large organizations, public and private. Her niche expertise lies within the white glove executive search realm where her relentless focus of talent combined with access to a large talent pipeline has successfully placed numerous leaders into hard to fill, pivotal roles for both private and public clients.

Anna has authored and published articles related to talent acquisition and selection and has facilitated best practices and consulted on emerging trends and latest technologies to a variety of audiences. Anna is Black Belt certified, holds a Master’s of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from California State University and a Bachelor’s of Art degree from Hawaii Pacific University.

Anna embraces the value of diversity from personal experience. She’s a multi lingual immigrant, born and raised in Sweden, from a multi-cultural family, and has spent her adult life living in cultural melting pots such as Honolulu and Los Angeles. When not immersed in work, you will likely find Anna enjoying her favorite sport, snowboarding, in the beautiful mountains of Colorado.

DR. CHRIS WENGER, CHIEF OF OPERATIONS (HE/HIM/HIS)

Dr. Chris Wenger is a Co-founder of Triad Diversity Consulting and is dedicated to improving technical self-efficacy and maximizing access for individuals through the use of technology.  Through robust training, mentoring, and modeling programs and investments in professional development opportunities for employees, organizations can experience transformative and sustainable business success.

With a Doctorate in Education from the University of Denver, Dr. Wenger co-created training modules focused on new approaches to learning, outreach, and engagement for indigenous populations for Campus Compact of the Mountain West’s Engaged Faculty institute.  He worked on policy briefs to increase funding for student services at Hispanic Serving Institutions and accessibility initiatives for vision and hearing-impaired individuals.

Dr. Wenger has over a decade and a half of experience as an educator and technologist working with diverse and underserved populations.  Through the years, he worked with large groups to build team dynamics and to foster a better understanding and appreciation of individual perspectives and backgrounds.
